Delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

• UK standard: free on every racket and on any order over £50, otherwise £3.95. Usually 2 to 4 working days.
• UK next working day: £6.95, on orders placed on a working day.

You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us.

The 60-day court trial

Every SOTTO. racket comes with a 60-day court trial. Play with it properly: matches, drills, the lot. If it is not right for your game, email us within 60 days of delivery and send it back for a full refund of the racket price.

• The racket does not need to be unused. Normal wear from play is fine.
• It must not be damaged by misuse, such as hitting the wall, fence or floor.
• One trial return per customer, per racket model.

Accessories

Covers and overgrips can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging.

Your legal rights

None of this affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel any online order within 14 days of delivery, and under the Consumer Rights Act goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Warranty

Rackets carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults in the frame, face and core. It does not cover impact damage, normal wear to the surface and grip, or damage from heat. If something goes wrong, email hello@sottopadel.com with your order number and a photo.
