The name
Sotto voce
/ˌsɒtəʊ ˈvəʊtʃeɪ/ · adverb · in a quiet voice
Most rackets shout. Neon, player names, a new graphic every spring. We went the other way: one small wordmark, a matte finish, and all the effort spent where you feel it, in the carbon, the core and the balance.
The racket stays quiet so your game can do the talking.

What is inside
Four layers. No jargon.
- 01
Textured face
Sand, raised or grooved, depending on the racket. It grips the ball so slice and topspin actually bite.
- 02
Carbon face
12K, 18K or 24K carbon. The higher the number, the stiffer and more direct the strike.
- 03
EVA core
Soft, medium or hard foam. It decides how much the racket gives, and how kind it is to your arm.
- 04
Tubular carbon frame
One hollow carbon tube around the whole head, so the face holds its shape on hard volleys.

Your racket, ready to play.

Which SOTTO. racket should I buy?
If you are newer to padel or win points by keeping the ball in play, choose 01 Control. If you play regularly and do a bit of everything, choose 02 Balance. If you are confident at the net and want more pace on the smash, choose 03 Power. The racket finder asks three questions and recommends one.
What does the 60-day court trial mean?
Buy a racket, play with it for up to 60 days, and if it is not right for your game, send it back for a full refund. It does not need to be unused. We only ask that it has not been damaged by misuse.
What does the warranty cover?
Every racket has a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults in the frame, face and core. It does not cover cracks from hitting the wall, fence or floor, or normal wear to the surface and grip.
How much does delivery cost?
UK delivery is free on every racket and on any order over £50. Smaller orders are £3.95. Next working day delivery is £6.95. We currently ship to UK addresses only.
