Who is responsible

SOTTO. is a new brand. The full company name, registered address and company number will be listed here before we take orders.

What we collect

• Orders: your name, email, delivery address, phone number if you give it, and what you bought. We need this to deliver your order and handle returns (contract).
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never receive your full card number. Stripe acts as an independent controller for fraud prevention.
• Your basket: stored only in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you come back. It is not sent to us until you check out.
• Analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you (legitimate interests).

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe sets cookies on its own checkout page to keep payments secure.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years for tax and accounting purposes, then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, and object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
